President Bola Tinubu has extended warm felicitations to renowned lawyer and statesman, Babatunde Ogala (SAN), on his birthday.

President Tinubu, in a statement yesterday by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, praised Ogala’s dedication to the rule of law, good governance, and his unrelenting passion for justice and noble causes.

He acknowledged Ogala’s contributions as former National Legal Adviser of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and former member of the Lagos State House of Assembly.

The statement reads: “President Bola Tinubu heartily congratulates Mr. Babatunde Ogala (SAN), OFR, on his birthday. Ogala is a renowned lawyer, statesman, and a fierce champion of the rule of law and good governance.

“He is the former National Legal Adviser of the APC and former member of the Lagos State House of Assembly.

“President Tinubu joins family, friends, party stalwarts, and the legal community to celebrate an exceptional Nigerian whose brilliance shines forth like a lamp on a hill and whose passion for the pursuit of justice and noble causes remains ever fervent.

“President Tinubu prays for God’s unceasing grace, good health, and strength for Mr. Ogala and his family.”

Also yesterday, Senate President Godswill Akpabio has felicitated the Chairman and Publisher of the THISDAY Media Group and ARISE News Channel, Prince Nduka Obaigbena, on his 65th birthday.

Akpabio, in a statement by his media aide, Eseme Eyiboh, described Obaigbena as a pillar of media development in Nigeria.

According to him, Obaigbena revolutionised modern journalism practice in the country.
