In light of the current economic challenges facing Nigeria, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration is committed to addressing these issues through comprehensive and impactful policies.
However, the potential for nationwide protests poses a significant threat to our national stability and progress.

We hereby call upon all Ministers in President Tinubu’s administration to take immediate and proactive steps to engage with their constituents.
This is a critical time for Ministers to demonstrate their dedication and responsiveness to the needs of the people they serve. Ministers must actively communicate the government’s efforts to alleviate economic hardships and discourage any plans for protests that could escalate into violence and further disrupt our socio-economic landscape.

It is imperative that every Minister steps out of their office and directly addresses their constituents. This is not the time for complacency or inactivity.

Ministers are appointed to serve the people, and now is the moment to prove their worth and justify the trust and responsibility bestowed upon them.

Ministers who fail to engage with their constituents during this crucial period should either resign immediately or be sacked without delay.

The President’s administration cannot afford to have passive leadership when the nation requires active and dedicated representatives to foster unity, peace, and progress.

We urge all Ministers to take the following actions:

1. Organize Town Hall Meetings: Conduct town hall meetings to listen to constituents’ concerns, explain the government’s policies, and provide reassurance about ongoing efforts to address economic challenges.

2. Utilize Media Platforms: Use social media, radio, television, and print media to reach a broader audience and communicate effectively with the public.

3. Engage with Local Leaders: Collaborate with local community leaders, youth organizations, and civil society groups to promote constructive dialogue and discourage protests.

4. Provide Transparent Updates: Regularly update constituents on the progress of government initiatives and policies aimed at improving their livelihoods.

President Tinubu’s administration is determined to address the root causes of discontent and work towards sustainable solutions, but this requires the active participation and commitment of all Ministers.

Let us come together in these challenging times to support our President’s vision for a better Nigeria and ensure that our nation remains united and focused on progress.

The BAT Vanguard stands with the Nigerian people and remains committed to fostering peace, unity, and progress. We believe that through active engagement and communication, we can navigate these challenging times and build a stronger, more prosperous Nigeria.
