A top politician in Edo State, Omo Ebosele, has assured that the representative of Edo Central Senatorial District, Senator Monday Okpebholo, will be the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), during the September 21, 2024 election, in view of his capacity, brilliance, intellect, and wealth of experience. Ebosele, who spoke in Benin, the Edo State capital, insisted that the senator would be the best choice for the crucial race, considering the fact that the members and leaders of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Labour Party (LP) in Edo would also present their best governorship candidates. Okpebholo’s ally also disclosed that he, other close associates and supporters of the senator took the initiative to purchase the nomination form for the frontline governorship aspirant, in order to further solidify their endorsement. He said: “Senator Okpebholo possesses the necessary leadership qualities and experience to effectively lead Edo State. “The Senator also has the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
